Our separate, quiet meeting area can be divided into 6 rooms, which size and seating can be arranged according to your requests. Relax in our wellness area with swimming bath, Jacuzzi, steam bath, bio sauna, aroma grotto and blockhouse sauna. Children are welcome in the Relais & Châteaux- Landhaus “Zu den Rothen Forellen”. In the nursery on the terrain of the country house your children are supervised by our experienced child carers while they are playing, reading, painting, tinkering and singing – alone or in a small group. In the evening fond of children babysitters are at your disposal, to look after your offspring at your room.
The hotel’s gourmet cuisine is renowned throughout Saxony-Anhalt. The Chef de cuisine, Joerg Behrend, successfully combines traditional French cuisine with fresh herbs and regional products. The Wintergarten restaurant offers breakfast, lunch and dinner, together with a wonderful view of the trout-filled lake. The gourmet restaurant, Forellenstube, has been awarded one star by the Michelin Guide, and provides an exclusive atmosphere for dining in the evening. During fine weather, you may also dine on the lakeside terrace. The hotel also offers a café, where freshly baked cakes and delicious pastries are served.
